Announcement of computer catalog update

On Friday, March 10, 2023, there will be a version update of the Koha library system. As a result, there will be an interruption in the operation of the library catalog in the afternoon.

Along with the announced update, there will be a significant enhancement of the catalog interface with additional facets, including year of publication, publication language, and topics.

Among the numerous changes that will appear in the new version, we can mention:

• the ability to change the pickup location of a previously placed order,
• possibility to cancel an order prepared for pickup,
• the ability to pre-fill the purchase suggestion form by entering the ISBN (data from Google Books API),
• user notification of password change (e-mail).
