Library in summer term

Library offer limited access to services until further notice.

Recommendations

Face coverings must be worn at all times while you are in the Library and seated at a study or computer space. Please ensure social distancing and sanitise your hands. Library capacity is reduced due to COVID-19 guidelines till 20 users.

Opening hours

Library is open 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Registration, borrow, return

If you work or study in Jesuit University Ignatianum you can create account in the Library.

We doubled books limits during summer semester 2020/2021. In hall you can return borrowed books. Also you can send them by post office or courier. All returned books will be quarantined for three days.

Placing a hold

Once you have requested your book via the library catalogue, we will retrieve your book from the shelves. Then we will send you an email with confirmation that your book are ready for collection. You can check the current status of requests in real time on your account.

Overdues and fines

If you don’t return books to the Library on time you won't be able to borrow books. When you return overdue book you will be able to borrow books again. No fines are being charged this semester.

Library staff are available for online support by email or on MS Teams. You can contact us on opening hours.

Use Library

We offer tables for individual work which are disinfected after every user. You can use our Reading room. General reference and newest collections materials are available on the open-access shelves.
